AGENCY ON STATISTICS CONDUCTED A MEETING ON INTEGRATION OF DATABASES WITH MINISTRIES AND OTHER DEPARTMENTS

12 September in Agency on statistics under the President Republic of Tajikistan a meeting was held on the integration of databases between statistical authorities and relevant ministries and departments.

The meeting was attended by the management and heads of the relevant departments and divisions of the Statistics Agency, as well as representatives of a number of ministries and departments.

Aso Nurullo Asvat , who chaired the meeting, stated in his opening remarks that the purpose of today’s meeting is related to the timely implementation of the order of the Head of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated November 28, 2023 No. 41950 (23-3) on strengthening the digitalization of government agencies and expanding the exchange of data in electronic form, as well as with the aim of timely connecting the databases of ministries and departments with the databases of state statistics bodies.

During the meeting The draft Agreement on the integration of databases between statistical bodies and ministries and departments was discussed, and proposals from the relevant ministries and departments on the points of the draft of this Agreement were heard. First deputy directors of Statistical Agency – Aso Nurullo , having assessed important the role of integration bases data, stressed that with timely assistance from ministries and departments, this will help create unified statistical data. In the second parts meetings was considered system collection and processing of all 232 forms of statistical reports , from which 100 are interdepartmental . It should be noted that in 2024, in order to implement the “Concept for the Formation of Electronic Government in Tajikistan”, all forms of statistical reporting were fully implemented electronically.

In this regard, it was emphasized that representatives of ministries and departments who have not submitted electronic reports of their ministries and departments to the Statistics Agency through the reporting service can rely on the Guidelines “On interaction with the unified system and the implementation of integration to submit electronic reports” and submit their reports to the Statistics Agency.
