BETWEEN AGENCY ON STATISTICS UNDER THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN AND THE STATISTICAL AGENCY UNDER THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN SIGNED A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

3 October within the framework of the international forum on the widespread use of digital technologies in the field of statistics and the modernization of the National Statistical System based on digital transformation, organized by the Interstate Committee on Statistics of the Commonwealth of Independent States with the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Tashkent, a memorandum on cooperation and development of statistics of the two countries was signed between the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

It is noted that within the framework of the memorandum of understanding between the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a plan is being implemented to promote the field of statistics by providing accurate and reliable data for the socio-economic development of both states in order to achieve further in-depth mutually beneficial cooperation between the parties for comprehensive development.

It was reported that in the future it will be more important to help each other in increasing the experience and improving the qualifications of personnel in the field of statistics, holding seminars and trainings for both sides to increase the level of experience of employees in the region in the development and implementation of further plans.
