29 November at the Agency on statistics under the President Republic of Tajikistan a youth meeting of the agency entitled “The Role of Youth in Strengthening State Independence” was held with the participation of the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Youth and Sports under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Rahimzoda Shabnam Karim, management and staff of the Agency.

Deputy director of Agency on statistics Nazarzoda Zarina in his introductory speech word greeted meeting and noted that without the active participation of the country’s worthy youth, it is impossible to imagine the socio-economic, political and cultural development of our state as a great power. That’s why the agency according to statistics under the President Republic of Tajikistan always supports the initiative of young people and takes all necessary measures within the available possibilities to create favorable working conditions and effective activities.

It should be noted that currently 50 percent of young people work in the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, only at the expense of civil servants. Also, hundreds of young people are actively working in all departments of the statistical agency system and contribute to the development of the industry, and the management of the Agency on Statistics always pays special attention to the progress and development of young people in the industry.

First deputy chairman Committee for youth affairs and Sports under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Rahimzoda In her speech, Shabnam Karim spoke about the role of the leader of the nation, the respected Emomali Rahmon , in strengthening state independence, the development of the period of independence, the contribution of conscious and patriotic youth to the development and prosperity of the country.

During the meeting a number of employees spoke about the role of youth in strengthening state independence, their participation in public affairs, support for state youth policy and other pressing issues.

In conclusion, some active young people in the field were awarded with certificates of gratitude from the Committee of Youth and Sports for their contribution to the effective implementation of state youth policy dedicated to the 33rd anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
