MEETING WITH THE HEAD OF STATISTICS DEPARTMENT OF MALAYSIA AND OTHER DELEGATES

On February 29, during the 55th session of the UN Statistical Commission, the next meeting of the Director of the Statistical Agency under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Jamshed Nurmahmadzoda, was held with the head of the Statistics Department of Malaysia Mr. Mohd Uzir Mahidin.

The parties expressed their satisfaction with organising this meeting and exchanged opinions on the issues related to the process of official initiation of bilateral cooperation between the statistical authorities of Tajikistan and Malaysia, sending official letters, determining the directions of cooperation and organizing virtual training seminars in this context.

At the same time, a meeting of the staff of the Statistical Agency under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan with the representatives of the statistical authorities of South Korea, Azerbaijan, China and other international organizations was held, during which the issue of expanding further cooperation was discussed.
