According to the “single window” register of the Dushanbe tax authority, as of October 1, 2024, the number of active (registered) entities reached 48675, of which 9082 are active legal entities, 319 are branches and representative offices of foreign legal entities, and 39274 are individual entrepreneurs, compared to 01.01.2023, 398 are active legal entities, 9082 are branches and representative offices of foreign legal entities, 2 are foreign legal entities, and the number of individual entrepreneurs increased by 2171 units , in general, its share at the republic level makes up 13.5 %.
